At iREST, our journey began with a simple yet powerful realization: in today’s fast-paced world, moments of real rest are essential to both physical and mental well-being.

As busy working parents with our own elderly parents to take care, we experienced first hand how fatigue quietly builds through long days—often showing first in tired, strained eyes. That is when we discovered that even short pockets of calm could be deeply restorative, helping the body slow down, the mind ease, and balance return.

That insight shaped our mission: to make meaningful moments of rest accessible throughout the day.
