How much is delivery?

For Singapore Orders:

All orders for delivery in Singapore come with free express delivery.

For International Orders:

Please find reference flat shipping rates below:

Malaysia - $20.00 SGD

Rest of Asia and Australia - $30.00 SGD

Rest of the World - $50.00 SGD

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be shipped out within 48 hours of placing it.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email or a Shipping Update email by then, simply reach out to us at support@iresthealth.com with your order number and one of our customer care representatives will assist you.

How long will it take to get my order?

For orders in Singapore, delivery will be within 3 working days.

For international orders, please refer below for the estimated shipping duration:

Malaysia - 7 to 10 working days

Rest of the World - 10 to 14 working days

Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with all your shipping details so that you may be up to date with the progress of your shipment.

We deliver from our warehouse in Singapore.

International duties and taxes

International customers are responsible for any duties and taxes incurred in the destination country. We are unable to refund duties and taxes on international shipping.
